Paid Internship Opportunities

Pace Logistics, Inc. is developing a paid internship program for college students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a growing company. The program is designed around semesters, with interns beginning together as a cohort. Start dates and detailed program arrangements are still being finalized.

Carrier Sales Intern

Charlotte, NC | In-Person | Part-Time | $16/hour

Gain hands-on experience in Carrier Sales and the day-to-day operations of a freight brokerage. Designed for college students interested in sales, logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields.

What you will learn

  • Learn how the team identifies and communicates with carriers.
  • Support load coverage and observe or assist with rate discussions and carrier relationships.
  • Learn shipment tracking and follow-up processes.
  • Gain familiarity with Pace Logistics, Inc.’s systems and workflows.

Training will draw from the Carrier Sales Representative training, scaled to a semester-oriented internship. Interns are planned to start together as a cohort; dates and the detailed schedule are still being finalized.
